Production Readiness Review — $2,500
You have a system that works in staging. You need to know what breaks when real users and real auditors arrive.
I read the codebase, the data model and the deployment, then write you a report. Five working days. If you then want me to build the fixes, the $2,500 comes off the first invoice.
What you get
Every failure mode, ranked by blast radius
Not a list of 80 lint warnings. The things that take the system down, corrupt data, or fail an audit — ordered by what they cost you if they happen.
A cost against each one
Roughly what it takes to fix, in days. You need this to decide what to ignore, and deciding what to ignore is most of the value.
The order I would fix them in
Dependencies matter: some fixes are wasted until an earlier one lands. You get a sequence, not a backlog.
One hour of questions, after you have read it
Scheduled once the report is in your hands, so the call is about decisions rather than me reading my own findings aloud.
What I check
- Data model and migration safety
- Failure handling, retries and idempotency
- Auth, tenancy isolation and access boundaries
- Secrets, logging and what leaks into them
- Integration contracts and what happens when the other side is down
- Deployment, rollback and what is unrecoverable
- Observability — whether you would know before your customers do
- For regulated systems: audit trail completeness and retention
Why me
I built the HL7 IoT gateway for Fukuda Denshi USA — 10,000+ clinical messages a day from 200+ hospital monitors at 99% delivery, around $400K a year in estimated savings, and 95% of manual data entry eliminated. I have also shipped an SEC Regulation CF investment platform with zero production bugs.
Both are systems where being wrong is expensive and someone checks. That is the experience this review is made of. Read the HL7 case study →
This has happened before
Solo Select bought a paid security and tenant-isolation review in May 2026. It found what it found, and they then engaged me for a $65,000 platform rebuild over the following three months, paid a $10,000 bonus on completion, and have since run a $48,000 auction project. The review is how they decided whether to trust me with any of it.
“Waseem’s communication was excellent and he delivered quickly. We are using him and his team now for another big project. He has picked up on very complicated logic on a niche program very quickly.”
